Hon. Najimdeen Oyedeji Reaffirms Commitment to Education and Grassroots Development in Iseyin, Itesiwaju, Kajola & Iwajowa Federal Constituency

OKEHO, KAJOLA LGA — Another promise has been turned into reality in Kajola Local Government as Honourable Najimdeen Oyeshina Oyedeji, Member representing Iseyin, Itesiwaju, Kajola and Iwajowa Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, has successfully delivered a brand new block of 3 classrooms at Okeho.

The project, completed under the lawmaker’s constituency intervention program, is aimed at reducing classroom overcrowding and improving the learning conditions of pupils in Okeho and its environs.

Speaking on the completion, the lawmaker’s office described the initiative as part of a broader agenda to invest in human capital development and strengthen basic education across the four local governments of the constituency.

“Education remains the bedrock of any meaningful development. This block of classrooms is our contribution to ensuring that our children learn in a safe and dignified environment. We are not just making promises, we are delivering results,” the statement read.

The newly delivered classrooms are fully equipped and designed to meet modern standards. Community leaders, teachers, and parents in Okeho welcomed the project, noting that it will go a long way in boosting school enrollment and academic performance.

One of the school heads in Okeho said the intervention came at the right time, as the existing structures could no longer accommodate the growing number of pupils. He described Hon. Oyedeji as a responsive representative who listens to the needs of the people.

This latest delivery adds to the growing list of projects executed by the lawmaker, popularly known as ‘O’ Shine’, since he assumed office. His interventions have cut across education, health, water, rural roads, and youth empowerment within Iseyin, Itesiwaju, Kajola and Iwajowa Federal Constituency.

Political stakeholders in Kajola LGA noted that the consistent delivery of projects reflects purposeful leadership and a clear focus on grassroots impact rather than rhetoric.

“Hon. Najimdeen Oyedeji has shown that representation is about action. Project after project, he is changing the face of our constituency,” a community leader said.

The lawmaker reaffirmed that more projects are underway across the constituency, with emphasis on areas that directly touch the lives of citizens.

“This is leadership that speaks through action, not promises. Together, we are building a stronger and brighter future for our constituency,” he said.
