Honourable ‘Tunde Oluyedun has congratulated prominent community leader and businessman, Alhaji Abdulmojeed Olalekan Salau, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a “bridge builder and unifier” whose influence cuts across political, religious, and social divides.
In a goodwill message released on Friday, Hon. Oluyedun lauded Alhaji Salau for his years of selfless service to Oyo State at large, noting that his commitment to peace, youth empowerment, and community development has left “footprints of impact.”
“Alhaji Abdulmojeed Olalekan Salau is a bridge builder in the truest sense,” Oluyedun said. “He brings people together regardless of party or faith. His counsel is sought by elders, and his philanthropy reaches the grassroots. We are proud of his example.”
Hon. Oluyedun praised the celebrant’s role in fostering unity among political stakeholders and traditional institutions, adding that Salau’s open-door policy and humility have made him a respected voice in Ibadan’s socio-political space.
“As you mark another year today, we pray Almighty Allah (SWT) grants you long life, sound health, and renewed wisdom to continue serving humanity,” the statement read. “May your new age usher in greater blessings for you, your family, and the many lives you touch daily.”
Alhaji Abdulmojeed Olalekan Salau, a respected chieftain and philanthropist, is widely known for his interventions in education, community projects, and support for the less privileged across Ibadan.
