Partners in Preservation: Ancient Ibadan Warlord Families Thanks National Museum of Unity, Lauds Award Recipients

On behalf of the Ancient Ibadan Warlords Families Pen,we expressed our heartfelt appreciation to the management of the National Museum of Unity, Ibadan, for providing a conducive environment for their literary endeavors.

We are grateful for the opportunity to use the National Museum of Unity as our creative hub. The museum’s management has been supportive and encouraging, providing us with a platform to explore our creativity and connect with our heritage.”

The Ancient Ibadan Warlords Families commended the deputy director/ Curator of the museum, Mrs Oriyomi Pamela Otuka and the entire management for their efforts in promoting cultural preservation, education, and community engagement, and expressed their commitment to collaborating with the museum on future projects.

The National Museum of Unity, Ibadan, has been a beacon of cultural excellence, showcasing the rich history and diversity of Nigeria. The partnership between the museum and the Ancient Ibadan Warlords is a testament to the power of collaboration and the importance of promoting arts and culture in the community.

In attendance are: Arole Iba Oluyole, Oloye Nureni Akanbi; Mogaji DR, Hamid Adadiran Oluyedun; Mogaji Moshood Gbolagade Akere; Oloye Abiola Olatunji Arulogun; Mogaji Tajudeen Abass Alesinloye; Mogaji Taofiq Akanni Mayeloye ; Mogaji Kabiru Oderinlo; Mogaji Kazeem Akintayo Elenpe; Oloye Adewale Ibikunle; Mogaji Dr Abila Osundinaand others eminent personality.

We also commended the convener of the play, Mr. Adamo Adeleke, and Mrs Olaide Olafare who also support the event. The Ancient Ibadan Warlords appreciation is a well-deserved recognition of the museum’s dedication to supporting creative initiatives and fostering a sense of community among writers and artists.
