The Executive Chairman, Ibadan South West Local Government Hon.Kehinde Adeyemi Akande, wishes to notify all scheme owners within the Local Government Area that, they should all come to the office of the Chairman, with every document related to their allocated plots to avoid revocation
Hon. Akande emphasized that all the scheme owners of Ologede new garage, Oke Ado – Ijebu bye pass, Oke Ado, Liberty Stadium, Adeoyo and Apata, who failed to show up in the next one month with all the necessary document, like allocation papers, ground rent receipt such scheme will be revoked and allocated to others who are ready to comply with rules and regulations of the Council
Speaking further, Hon. Akande noted that his office have the right to revoke any allocated plot that,the owner fails to comply. He therefore urged all scheme owners to take immediate action to regularize their schemes and avoid revocation.
However to avoid revocation, Council boss said land scheme owners are required to submit their plot documents for review and approval by the Local Government,pay all outstanding fees and levies due to the Local Government, comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing scheme development in the Local Government Area
Council helmsman therefore advised scheme owners to contact the Office of the Chairman, Ibadan South West Local Government Aleshinloye Ibadan, with all relevant documents on or before 28th February,2025
