The House of Reps Committee on Appropriation just turned the chamber into war zone yesterday, grilling these three big men over the 2025 budget disaster. Lawmakers dey shout, session turn rowdy, some even yell “RESIGN! RESIGN!” straight to their faces for incompetence!

Executive begged for ₦1.15 TRILLION extra capital funding, National Assembly approved → ZERO released!
Ministries confessing nightmare:
Interior (Tunji-Ojo): 0% capital release for 2024 AND 2025, two solid years! No new borders, no prison upgrades, immigration reforms dead!
Health: Only ₦36 MILLION out of ₦218 BILLION (0.016%!), hospitals dey rot, no equipment, no new projects. Lives dey waste!
Power: Zero capital, darkness continue, businesses dey collapse!
Transportation: Just 1% of ₦256.73 BILLION, rails, roads, ports stalled!
Overall: MDAs got less than 10% of capital funds in first 7 months of 2025. Shortfall hit nearly ₦10 TRILLION in some reports. Contractors no collect pay, projects dey rot, economy dey bleed!
