END OF YEAR PARTY: IBSWLG CHAIRPERSON HOSTS CHILDREN IN A GROUND STYLE

It was celebration galore at Ibadan South West Local Government Secretariat today when the wife of the Executive Chairman, Chief Mrs Mojoyinola Akande hosted children for End of Year Party at the Local Government Mini Mapo Hall

The event which took place this afternoon was colourful with alot of fun was well attended by many children selected from various communities within the Local Government area.

The colourful event featured activities like,games, distribution of gift items which contained educational materials, souvenirs, presented by chairperson, entertainments, dance competition,foods, drinks, merriment and many other things provided for the children to enjoy.

In her welcome remarks, the number one woman in Ibadan South West LG,Chief, Mrs Mojoyinola Akande gives thanks to Almighty God who made us see the end of the year, she further thanked God for the gift of obedient and God fearing children, and prayed for long life for all our children

Speaking further Chairperson said she is delighted to host this end-of-year party for the children of this Local Government. She said as parents, it is our responsibility to provide opportunities for our children to grow and develop. Speaking further she noted that, this event is a small token of our love and appreciation for their obedience and cooperation throughout the year.

Also, the Chairperson of Ibadan West Local Council Development Area, Alhaja Sidikat Adeola Adigun and Woman Leader of Ibadan South West LG Mrs Ayobami Olanrewaju in their separate remarks noted that the event is a wonderful way to bring our children together and celebrate the holiday season with them in a ground style. They therefore prayed for the children and appreciated the efforts of Mrs Akande for celebrating the our children.
