In a rare display of unity and solidarity, prominent families of ancient Ibadan warlords have come together to felicitate with Engineer Jubril Dotun Sanusi, the Jagun Olubadan of Ibadanland, on the occasion of his birthday.
The families described Engr. Sanusi as a “shining example of leadership and excellence” in Ibadanland.
“Today, we gather to celebrate a distinguished son of Ibadanland, Engr. Jubril Dotun Sanusi, whose selfless service and contributions to our community are worthy of emulation,” the statement read.
The ancient warlord families praised Engr. Sanusi’s commitment to the development and unity of Ibadanland, citing his numerous achievements as Jagun Olubadan.
“Engr. Sanusi’s leadership has brought dignity and respect to our community. His wisdom, integrity, and vision have been a source of inspiration to many,” the statement added.
The families prayed for Engr. Sanusi’s continued good health, wisdom, and strength to continue serving Ibadanland.
“May this birthday mark the beginning of another fruitful year of service to our community and humanity. May Allah bless you with many more years of joy, peace, and prosperity,” the statement concluded.
The birthday celebration is expected to attract dignitaries from various walks of life, including traditional leaders, politicians, and community stakeholders.
