Ibadan South West Local Government Chairman, Honorable Kehinde Akande embarked on an inspection visit to the ongoing construction site of the Omituntun Skill and Training Center located in Akuro area, Ward 5, Ibadan South West Local Government, Oyo State.
The Omituntun Skill and Training Center, a landmark project aimed at empowering the youth and promoting economic growth in the region, is nearing completion. Hon. Akande’s visit demonstrated his commitment to ensuring the project’s successful delivery and his dedication to the well-being of his constituents.
During the inspection, Hon. Akande assessed the progress of the construction work, interacted with the contractor and workers on site, and expressed his satisfaction with the quality of work done so far. He also took the opportunity to encourage the workers to maintain their hard work and dedication to delivering the project on time.
The Omituntun Skill and Training Center, once completed, will provide a platform for skills acquisition, capacity building, and entrepreneurship development, ultimately contributing to the economic development of Oyo State.
